Mysore pak

Mysore pak is an easy to make sweet delicacy,which can be prepared very easily at home and i learned it from my mom.Mysore pak recipe can be prepared in just few minutes by using some easily available ingredients in your kitchen.

Ingredients


  1. 100 grams/1 cup besan/gram flour
  2. 200 grams (2 cup) melted ghee
  3. 175 grams(1.5 cup) sugar
  4. 1/4 cup water
  5. Method:-

      1. 1:-For making mysore pak prepare sugar syrup.place sugar in pan add water
         
         
      2. Turn on gas,cook until sugar gets desolved then check it,cook for 3 minutes
         
         
      3. 2:-Take one drop in a bowl and try sticking with your thumb and forefinger
         
         
      4. 3:-In another bowl add melted ghee and besan,mix well
         
         
      5. Until all lumps gets desolved
         
         
      6. 4:-Now add besan mixture slowly slowly in sugar syrup, keep the flame medium
         
         
      7. 5:-Keep stirring constantly untill Colour of besan get changed
         
         
      8.  
         
      9. 6:-Maysore pak is ready,turn of the gas
         
         
      10. 7:-Take out in a plate
         
         
      11. 8:-After get little frigid cut into pieces
         
         
      12. 9:-Mysore pak ready to served
