Cheesy Beetroot khandvi roll:-

Ingredients:-
- 1 cup beetroot water
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup curd
- 1 cup besan
- 2 cube cheese
- 2-3 Green Chillies chopped
- to taste Salt
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1.5 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- pinch Hing
- 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1/2 cup Coriander leaves
- 2-3 tsp oil
- For tadka:-
- 1 tsp Sesame seeds
- 8-10 curry leaves
- 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
- pinch Hing
- 1 chopped green chilli
- 1-2 tsp Desiccated Coconut
Method:-
- 2:-Simple water,besan,red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder hing, ginger garlic paste,salt,oil
- 4:-Take it out stir it well
- 5:-Now put bowl in microwave again for 3 minutes
- 7:-It's becoming quite thik now stir it well
- 8:-Microwave it for 1 minutes more
- 9:-Smoothly stir it
- Note:-Microwaved it for total 8 minutes at highest degree temp
- 11:-Let it set for 15 minutes
- 12:-After 15 minutes cut it into 2 inch wide pieces 6 inch long pieces
- 14:-Cut it into half
For tadka:-
- 1:-Heat the oil in pan, add sesame seeds,curry leaves, mustard seeds,hing,green chilli
- 2:-Turn off the flame
- Cheesy beetroot khandvi ready to served
