Ingredients:-

  1. 1 cup beetroot water
  2. 1 cup water
  3. 1 cup curd
  4. 1 cup besan
  5. 2 cube cheese
  6. 2-3 Green Chillies chopped
  7. to taste Salt
  8. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  9. 1.5 tsp red chilli powder
  10. 1 tsp coriander powder
  11. pinch Hing
  12. 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  13. 1/2 cup Coriander leaves
  14. 2-3 tsp oil
  15. For tadka:-
  16. 1 tsp Sesame seeds
  17. 8-10 curry leaves
  18. 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
  19. pinch Hing
  20. 1 chopped green chilli
  21. 1-2 tsp Desiccated Coconut

Method:-

    1. 1:-In one bowl add beetroot water,
    2. 2:-Simple water,besan,red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder hing, ginger garlic paste,salt,oil
    3.  
       
    4. 3:-Mix it well
       
       
    5. 4:-Put bowl in microwave for 2 minutes setting the highest degree temperature
       
       
    6. 4:-Take it out stir it well
       
       
    7. 5:-Now put bowl in microwave again for 3 minutes
       
       
    8. 6:-Take it out and stir it well repeat this process one more time for 2 minutes
       
       
    9. 7:-It's becoming quite thik now stir it well
       
       
    10. 8:-Microwave it for 1 minutes more
       
       
    11. 9:-Smoothly stir it
       
       
    12. Note:-Microwaved it for total 8 minutes at highest degree temp
       
       
    13. 10:-Spread it in plate or tray
       
       
    14. 11:-Let it set for 15 minutes
       
       
    15. 12:-After 15 minutes cut it into 2 inch wide pieces 6 inch long pieces
       
       
    16. 13:-Great cheese on it add chopped green chillies and coriander leaves
       
       
    17. 14:-Cut it into half
       
       
    18. 15:-Fold it with fingers
       
       
    19. For tadka:-

       
       
    20. 1:-Heat the oil in pan, add sesame seeds,curry leaves, mustard seeds,hing,green chilli
       
       
    21. 2:-Turn off the flame
       
       
    22. 3:-Put the tadka on top of the khandvi,garnish it with Green coriander leaves and dessicated coconut
       
       
    23. Cheesy beetroot khandvi ready to served
