Eggless Danish Dream cake

The history of this cake originates from small Danish town Hjallerup ,Jutland which is located in western part of Denmark .This cake simply based on flour ,brown sugar ,butter.it's the coconut topping.The recipe of this cake is very easy and delicious.

EGGLESS DANISH DREAM CAKE

servings:-5-6

cooking time and prepration time:-50 minutes

Ingredients:-

For topping
80 grams  brown suger
25 ml milk
50 grams desiccated coconut
50 grams butter

For the cake:-
125 grams maida
200 ml milk
150 grams suger
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp vinegar
1tsp vanila essence
25 grams butter

Method:-

  1. For the topping:-

     
     
  2. 1:-First in bowl add brown sugar milk and butter mix well
     
     
  3. 2:-And microwave for 20 seconds
     
     
  4. 3:-Now add desiccated coconut and mix well
     
     
  5. For the cake:-

     
     
  6. 1:-In another bowl add sugar,100ml milk,baking powder,vinegar,
     
     
  7. Vanila essence,blend this mixture by bitter
     
     
  8. 2:-Strain Maida and mix well,heat the sauce pan
     
     
  9. 3:-Add 100 ml milk add butter cook for 1 minute
     
     
  10. 4:-Add this into cake batter mix well
     
     
  11. NOTE:-This cake batter very thin then the regular cake batter
     
     
  12. 5:-Pour the batter into a greased tin
     
     
  13. 6:-BAKE at 200 degree for 20-25minutes
     
     
  14. 7:-Take it out
     
     
  15. 8:-Pour the coconut mixture over the it,use a knife to spread the topping evenly
     
     
  16. 9:-BAKE the cake for another 10 minutes let it cool off before serving it
     
     
  17. 10:-Cut the cake into pieces
     
     
  18. Danish dream cake ready to served
